My teaching methods are grounded in over a decade of vocal study and experience. I began lessons at 12 years old, singing classical, choral, musical theatre, pop, and rock. I now hold a BFA in VoiceArts from the California Institute of the Arts which deepened my practice in extended techniques and experimental sound. I have the experience and technical flexibility to help you achieve any sound you’d like to make!
Whether you have specific goals to support your artistic practice, or simply want to feel more comfortable making sound, I would be honored to facilitate your growth. I use a somatic and science-based approach, aimed at cultivating awareness of your body and it’s personal acoustics. I also have experience with trans vocal training and singing through a transition.
I additionally provide vocal health information, performance coaching, creative coaching through blocks, as well as beginner piano and music theory. I love teaching young piano students!
I’ve been teaching with Vocals On Stage in Culver City, Los Angeles since 2025. I also travel in the LA area for in-home lessons, and from my home studio in Highland Park. I have had the pleasure of working with a number of very diverse students, of different ages and skill levels, encompassing all sorts of different goals! You can see some of their thoughts on my business profile below.
Teaching is deeply fulfilling for me and I can work with various price points– if you’re looking for a coach, please reach out! I look forward to hearing from you ☆〜
